This is a hybrid position with a minimum of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office at the Hudson, MA office.

The Help Desk technician will provide Tier 1 support to SENKO employees via phone, email, and computer chat. The technician will ask appropriate questions and use knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve their issues. Technician will escalate issues that extend beyond Tier 1 span of control.

  • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
  • Provide excellent customer assistance
  • Document customer interactions
  • Run diagnostics to discover or resolve customer reported issues
  • Escalate issues to the next Tier support as needed
  • Install and make changes and repair computer hardware and software
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Maintain computer equipment inventory for US, Brazil, Canada and Mexico

  • 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment (Zendesk a plus)
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Highly organized to keep Help Desk tickets in order
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 computer technical issues
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 application technical issues
