POLARIS
Polaris is a high-end benchtop microscope for visual inspection, analysis and certification for both single and multi-fiber optic connectors in production and lab settings. The Polaris was designed for critical examination of the polished fiber end faces and may serve as a reference system to check inspection results of lower resolution microscopes on the production line.

Yes. POLARIS’ inspection tips are designed to accept both pinned and unpinned MT ferrule and MPO connectors. The part numbers for the current features for multi fiber end faces are listed in the Applications section. There are other inspection fixtures available.
