Full Time - Fully Remote $2,500 sign-on bonus after the successful completion of 90 days. Looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team in the Northwest area (Washington, Oregon, or Northern California). The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service. The Senior Sales Account Manager will work directly with a specific group of customers to define, specify and implement Senko interconnect & passive component solutions. The Senior Sales Account Manager owns and manages the technical relationship with accounts in their territory and acts as a liaison between the customer, engineering and manufacturing to ensure customer needs are met while achieving business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Fully understand company strategy and expectations, and seek a way to maximize the profitability in the regions or accounts assigned
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, competitors, and industry.
  • Demonstrate significant expertise in the various product lines and ability to explain technical issues
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high profile accounts.
  • Take ownership of the total sales cycle
  • Identify opportunities, coordinate ideas, propose solutions, and understand results
  • Maintain leadership role in the development of new accounts.
  • Continued development of key relationships within existing customer base which includes coordination with inside sales and technical personnel to identify and grow additional opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Input into and accountability for meeting the territory sales plan
  • Maintain and have accountability for customer contact and sales forecasting data for the assigned Customer base
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to jointly develop accounts within client sets spanning geographical boundaries
  • Set the target accounts and continuously seek opportunities for direct dialogue
  • Development of sales quotations and product sampling
  • Analyze and problem solve situations as they arise
  • Support marketing events such as trade shows
  • Provide feedback to upper management on customer needs and requirements
  • Travel to meet and maintain customers (40%-50% of time)

May be remote based on candidates proximity to office. The Product Manager is pivotal in managing a specific line of products within SENKO, encompassing tasks from development to sales. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop strategies, overseeing the product lifecycle from inception to decline, and collaborating with various departments like R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales to align with product goals. The Product Manager will monitor the costs related to product development and play a significant role in marketing and sales initiatives. Regular customer and market analysis is crucial for understanding consumer preferences and identifying improvement or innovation areas. Additionally, the Product Manager will monitor product performance against metrics like sales and customer satisfaction to guide future strategies. Overall, the role is a blend of strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, financial management, and market analysis to ensure the success and profitability of their product line.   • Fully understand company strategy and expectations, and “proactively” seek a way to maximize the profitability of products in charge
  • Manage the development cycle for new products, from conceptualization to product launch.
  • Provide marketing with information for promoting products, and assist with the development of the marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to make sure products stay competitive.
  • Work with management to develop long term product development and sales strategies for the company.
  • Develop pricing models and forecast profitability
  • Coordinate and carry out research to determine customer needs and expectations in order to develop new products.
  • Accelerate product knowledge for Sales team members
  • Arrange supportive documents (flyer and spec sheet etc) to aid sales activities
  • Drive End-User spec-in activity by combining travel with Outside Team
  • Drive additional business through joint travel with Outside Sales
  • Be a “Champion” for the big picture – “Design-Test- Manufacturing” mantra while Outside Sales is responsible for the detailed follow up items
  • Manage product documentation from specifications sheets, to marketing collateral
